EcoPlan has the tools and information communities need to explore, visualize and make smart decisions about infill and densification, site planning, design and development guidelines, green neighbourhoods, low impact development and sustainable infrastructure. From site planning to neighbourhood and community land use planning, we employ a full suite of urban design and land use modeling tools to help communities understand and evaluate their options. These include 3D and animated visualizations, mapping, scenario modeling, and land use build-out analyses.
