Our fifteen plus years of experience working with municipalities, regional districts, and First Nations communities has taught us that the most effective planning processes are built from the ground up, include key stakeholders and the public from the beginning, and are organized around a smart, strategic framework. We have used our community-based, participatory, strategic planning approach from the development of Official Community Plans and Regional Growth Strategies, to smaller Neighbourhood Plans and development guidelines.
