EcoPlan has worked extensively with Aboriginal clients on a wide range of planning projects both in Canada and internationally. Our values-based, community-driven, participatory approach fits well with these communities. While our work has been varied – from comprehensive community planning and economic development strategies, to non-market valuation of cultural losses and traditional use mapping – it has been linked in its end goal of helping develop healthier, stronger, more sustainable communities.
